Order and Price
A minimum order is not required. All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery of Goods
Deliveries are handled by our forwarding agents experienced in the handling and storage of oenological products. Special type of packaging is used for our dispatches in order to safeguard the integrity of the goods until they reach their final destination.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the number of bottles ordered and will be visible on your chart while processing the purchase order.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 3/5 working days for Europe, at least 7/10 working days for the rest of the world, and 12/15 working days for Usa and Canada (week ends and holidays excluded) after receipt of payment confirmation.
Payment methods
Cantuccio del Vino offers different payment methods in order to meet the needs of our customers.
1) Credit Card payment
We accept payments by the major credit cards. In order to verify the card validity, we hereby inform you that any collected information will be transmitted exclusively, via a secure connection, to the competent organization appointed to handle the transaction. Under no circumstances will Cantuccio del Vino display, store and/or register the credit card details and therefore Cantuccio del Vino cannot be held liable for any fraud carried out by third party.
2) PayPal payment
This payment method is simple, secure and guarantees an immediate credit. It is useful to speed up your deliveries and urgent requests. It can be used only after registration with PayPal. If you are not already registered with PayPal in your country of residence, you can register with PayPal.
Important notice: PAYPAL DO NOT AUTHORIZE USA CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE WINE, SPIRIT OR ANY OTHER ALCOHOLIC DRINKS. USA CUSTOMERS HAVE TO USE OTHER METHOD OF PAYMENT, PLEASE.
3) Bank Transfer
Bank transfers should be made and received prior to shipment. Please make the bank transfer to the following bank account:

IMPORTANT: When making the bank transfer, please indicate the order number shown on your order confirmation and specify the purpose of your payment.
For urgent deliveries when paying by Bank Transfer, please send copy of the transfer via e-mail to claudiomeucci@alice.it or fax the receipt to the following fax no.: +39 0575 89 44 39. Otherwise, the delivery will be carried out after the value of your purchase is credited (5/7 working days).
Cash on delivery shipments are acceptable only upon specific request. Please note that this payment method involves a higher shipping cost due to the fee applied by the courier.
Right to Return
It is the customer's privilege, if not satisfied with the purchase, to exercise the Right to Return the goods, according to art. 5 D.LGS 185/99.
In such case, it is compulsory for the customer to send, within 10 working days from the date of receiving the goods, a Registered Letter

The goods must be returned to the above address, with the original packaging, within 10 days of receiving from Cantuccio Del Vino a written authorization for returning the goods. Please note that Cantuccio del Vino will send the written authorization to return the goods, exclusively via e-mail.
The only expense sustained by the customer who wants to exercise the Right to Return in accordance to art. 5, 6 D.LGS No. 185 dated 22/05/1999 are the return shipment costs.
Time and Conditions of reimbursements
When the Right to Return is exercised in accordance to art. 5 of legislative decree 185/99, Cantuccio del Vino, in the shortest possible time (in any case within 30 days from the date of the authorization to return) will credit the full amount initially received from the customer, on the bank or postal account indicated by the customer. As previously indicated, only the return shipping costs are to be assumed by the customer.

Guarantee of the product
Cantuccio del Vino guarantees the quality of its products. Should the product be found defective, please return the remaining quantity for our testing. If the product is confirmed by us to be defective, Cantuccio del Vino will replace the goods or reimburse the entire sum paid. If breakage, damages or tempering of the packaging occurs, the customer is invited to refuse the delivery. Cantuccio del Vino will replace the goods at its own cost.
