Must from the first pressing of Yema is used for vinification. Fortification with wine distillate and a mixture of Sobretablas (vintage wine) of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez.
After ageing for a minimum of six years in oak barrels, it develops a mahogany colour with aromas of dried fruit and walnut. Soft and velvety taste, very warm, with a long finish.
