Wine of light pink colour with fine and persistent perlage. To the palate it is sapid, fresh, of good structure and very pleasant with its smoothness and rich persistence, with a citrus finish. To the nose light perfume of yeast, rosehip, green apple slices, with a hint of dried fruit.
