The sparkling process of nebbiolo follows the rules of the classical method. The cuvée  Maria Vittoria is a limited edition produced with grapes harvested only from high altitude vineyards, made more unique by 60 months on yeast lees.

Wine of rose antique colour. Fine and persistent perlage. Elegant and intense to the nose, with notes of violet, sweet pastry and wild strawberries. In the mouth it is fresh, dry, complex with excellent structure and finish.
