Food Pairings: White meat, red meat and game. Excellent with eggs and mature cheese.

Wine of intense ruby red with notable garnet reflections. Complex and ample perfume, fruity and ethereal, with bright spicy notes. Strong sensation of cherry and fruit jam, currants and rosemary, tobacco and cinnamon, with delicate hints of vanilla. Dry taste, warm with ample structure and long aromatic aftertaste. Wine of strong personality, still very young and destined for a great future. Ageing in new barriques for at least 12 months. Ageing in bottle for 12 months before going on to the market.
